As a Start-Up in InsurTech domain, we are working to provide Vietnamese good products to get them protected with unexpected circumstances. We are looking for a Content Editor – a key role in ensuring Saladin’s growth and dominance online and offline!
Responsibilities:
- Work hand in hand with the Growth Manager, and supervise external collaborators/writers to manage the content and direction of all companies’ owned channels, including:
- Generating Facebook content plans and executing them to boost engagement, improve brand awareness, and reinforce trust;
- Routinely reviewing website content and experience, generating new content to keep the site up-to-date and optimized;
- Writing new blog content; creating brief, reviewing and editing blog posts from a team of external writers; managing their progress and quality to ensure KPIs are met with satisfaction;
- Working with the SEO expert to improve Saladin’s SEO performances;
- Generating English and Vietnamese content for Saladin’s Linkedin page;
- Generating content seeding plans and execute them to social media communities;
- Generate communication materials for other teams, including but not limited to EDMs, notifications, banners, emails to partners,…
- Maintain consistency of the brand tone and quality across all interfaces and platforms
- Generate basic images and videos for company’s own channels (Facebook fanpage, Youtube, Tik Tok, etc.)
- Conduct market research to identify customer insights and opportunities for brand growth
- Other tasks as assigned by the Growth Manager
Requirements:
- Portfolio of proven/published work in multiple formats and channels (Facebook/Instagram posts, Youtube scripts, blog posts, online banners,…)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and good written English skills
- Deep understanding of social media landscape in Vietnam and a good understanding of major marketing channels
- Self-driven in terms of managing and accomplishing goals especially under tight deadlines
- Ability to work and function in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
- Ability to understand thoroughly insurance products / processes and grasp customer insights in the field
- Good adaptability to sudden changes in technologies, market trends, processes,…
Extra points if you have the following:
- Knowledge about/experience in the insurance/insurtech industries
- An eye for visual and designing skills
- Minimum 1 years of experience at an ad agency or PR agency
- A Bachelor in the fields of communication, banking, economics & finance
- Fluency and high-quality writing skills in English
- Solid social media savviness
- Experience with WordPress
- Experience with blog content writing
- Experience with trendy social channels to approach customers, such as Tik Tok, Threads, etc.
- Familiarity with basic SEO principles is preferred
- Familiarity with designing or video editing tools (Canva, Capcut, etc.)
- Experience in conducting planning and execution for IMC campaigns, including PR, promotions, recruitment, or awareness campaigns
