do?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul id=\"block-4ab0548e-add7-46cc-8051-44ff72d183bc\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Review and analyze product requirements, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria; proactively clarify gaps or ambiguities with Product and Engineering.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, checklists, and appropriate test data for new features and changes.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform manual testing across Web and Mobile applications, including functional, regression, smoke, integration, exploratory, and UI\/UX testing.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify edge cases, negative scenarios, data inconsistencies, and potential business risks before release.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform basic pre-production checks, and post-release sanity checks when required.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in grooming, planning, product discussions, and retrospectives to improve quality early in the development of lifecycle.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuously improve QA practices, documentation, test coverage, and team productivity.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-d51569a1-c659-4dbd-892f-4bf166e4f664\"><strong>What are the requirements?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul id=\"block-a8606193-1956-499e-a130-2dd9a95376d0\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1\u20132 years of experience in QA\/QC, Software Testing, or a similar role.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good understanding of <strong>STLC<\/strong> and basic <strong>SDLC<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to translate requirements and business rules into effective test scenarios, test cases, and checklists.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with Functional, Regression, Smoke, Integration, and Exploratory Testing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience testing Web and Mobile applications across relevant browsers, devices, and screen sizes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiar with positive\/negative testing, boundary cases, and equivalence-based thinking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong defect reporting skills and a good understanding of the bug\/defect lifecycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic API testing skills using Postman or equivalent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Careful and detail-oriented, with strong logical thinking and the ability to identify gaps and edge cases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactive and responsible, with a strong ownership mindset toward assigned features.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication and collaboration skills when working with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fast learner who can quickly understand new products, systems, technical concepts, and insurance domain knowledge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to continuously learn and improve testing techniques, tools, and ways of working.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable using AI tools to support QA work, while critically reviewing and validating AI-generated results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p
