We are a Start-Up in InsurTech domain. We are working to provide Vietnamese good products to get them protected with unexpected circumstances. 

What will you do? 

• Review and analyze product requirements, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria; proactively clarify gaps or ambiguities with Product and Engineering. 
• Create and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, checklists, and appropriate test data for new features and changes.  
• Perform manual testing across Web and Mobile applications, including functional, regression, smoke, integration, exploratory, and UI/UX testing. 
• Identify edge cases, negative scenarios, data inconsistencies, and potential business risks before release. 
• Perform basic API testing to validate requests, responses, status codes, payloads, and integration behavior when required.

• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, expected results, actual results, evidence, and business impact. 
• Work closely with Developers to reproduce issues, verify fixes, and ensure adequate regression coverage. 
• Support release verification, pre-production checks, and post-release sanity checks when required. 
• Participate in grooming, planning, product discussions, and retrospectives to improve quality early in the development of lifecycle. 
• Continuously improve QA practices, documentation, test coverage, and team productivity. 

What are the requirements? 

• 1–2 years of experience in QA/QC, Software Testing, or a similar role. 
• Good understanding of STLC and basic SDLC.
• Able to translate requirements and business rules into effective test scenarios, test cases, and checklists.
• Hands-on experience with Functional, Regression, Smoke, Integration, and Exploratory Testing.
• Experience testing Web and Mobile applications across relevant browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
• Familiar with positive/negative testing, boundary cases, and equivalence-based thinking.
• Strong defect reporting skills and a good understanding of the bug/defect lifecycle.
• Basic API testing skills using Postman or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation is a plus.
• Careful and detail-oriented, with strong logical thinking and the ability to identify gaps and edge cases.
• Proactive and responsible, with a strong ownership mindset toward assigned features.
• Good communication and collaboration skills when working with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Fast learner who can quickly understand new products, systems, technical concepts, and insurance domain knowledge.
• Willingness to continuously learn and improve testing techniques, tools, and ways of working.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support QA work, while critically reviewing and validating AI-generated results.
