As a Start-Up in InsurTech domain, we are working to provide Vietnamese good products to get them protected with unexpected circumstances. We are looking for a Social Media Specialist – a key role in ensuring Saladin’s growth and dominance in social media! 

Responsibilities:

• Generate, edit/re-purpose and publish engaging daily content that builds meaningful connections (working together with Creative Design & Content and vendors (content agencies, production houses etc) 
• Continuously improve content & boosting efforts by capturing, reporting and analyzing social metrics and best practices 
• Identifying key influencers and managing content collaborations, including building good will with influencers 
• Conduct social media promos/polls  
• Assist in the setup (carousel, canvas, etc) and boosting of posts (static, video, etc.) as needed 
• Collaborate with other departments to manage campaigns/projects 
• Moderating public comments on SaladIn’s social assets  
• Ensure that timely and appropriate customer support is provided to community members 
• Gathering testimonials and feedback produced in the community (with 3^rd party tools) 
• Developing and maintaining response spiels and new community guidelines and/or internal policies as needed 
• Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation and escalations 
• Measuring sentiment about the brand, products, and services on the social web and responding accordingly (experience with listening tools is a pre-requisite) 
• Engage social media communities both online and offline 
• Monitor the latest social media/ new media trends and identify opportunities for growth. 

Qualifications:

• Ability to positively influence people’s behaviors through social media by means of storytelling and content creation 
• Deep understanding of social media landscape in Vietnam and a good understanding of major marketing channels 
• Demonstrate social media analytics tools knowledge 
• Excellent written, visual and oral communication skills (English and Vietnamese) 
• Identify potential crisis situations and apply issue resolution techniques online to diminish issues 
• Proven work experience in social media marketing and/or maintaining a high quality blog 
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking  
• Prior experience in PR or journalism with connections to mainstream media is a bonus but not a must 
• Passion for Fintech a big plus 

Requirement:

• Able to use software for design, i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, Canvas 
• Able to produce video content using IG reels/Tiktok/Capcut 
• Proactive, Creative, and innovative 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply 
• Portfolio of published edit videos and design
